I did that cleanse 3 yrs ago after reading Tom's book at work (I work at Shirlyns Natural Foods) and I only made it to day 7. I really want to do it all the way through now. Thanks for the encouragement! Oh and by the way I think we are neighbors, (I live in Big Cottonwood) we should go touring some time:) Wow your story is very inspirational! Ultimately after reading the book and Tom saying it's taken him over 100 days of cleansing to feel as good off the cleanse as on. I'm committed to a life style change.
